Na sequ\u00eancia desta estrat\u00e9gia, o projeto LearnGen tem como foco promover pr\u00e1ticas inclusivas de combate \u00e0 discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o et\u00e1ria e a exclus\u00e3o social nos locais de trabalho.\n<\/p>\n<p>O LearnGen tem como objetivo apoiar trabalhadores seniores (50+) e trabalhadores jovens (18-30 anos), com baixas qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es, na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancias de mentoring, para que possam aprender uns com os outros. Desta forma, espera-se que estes se tornem menos vulner\u00e1veis aos desafios profissionais que podem enfrentar atrav\u00e9s da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas organizacionais inovadoras. Esta forma\u00e7\u00e3o, destinada a gestores de equipa, formadores e profissionais de recursos humanos, tem como objetivo a conce\u00e7\u00e3o de um documento estrat\u00e9gico para a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de um programa de mentoring intergeracional.<\/p>\n<p>\nA estrutura de forma\u00e7\u00e3o contempla:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 workshop, de 8 horas, de introdu\u00e7\u00e3o aos objetivos e conte\u00fados do curso.<\/li>\n<li>\nAprendizagem autodirigida online, num total de 5 horas, com sess\u00f5es de tutoria e sess\u00f5es de forma\u00e7\u00e3o presenciais opcionais.<\/li>\n<li>\n1 workshop, de 5 horas, para apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhos finais dos formandos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<span class=\"in-text-heading uk-text-color-secondary\">2. Na sequ\\u00eancia desta estrat\\u00e9gia, o projeto LearnGen tem como foco promover pr\\u00e1ticas inclusivas de combate \\u00e0 discrimina\\u00e7\\u00e3o et\\u00e1ria e a exclus\\u00e3o social nos locais de trabalho.\\n<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>O LearnGen tem como objetivo apoiar trabalhadores seniores (50+) e trabalhadores jovens (18-30 anos), com baixas qualifica\\u00e7\\u00f5es, na aquisi\\u00e7\\u00e3o de compet\\u00eancias de mentoring, para que possam aprender uns com os outros. Desta forma, espera-se que estes se tornem menos vulner\\u00e1veis aos desafios profissionais que podem enfrentar atrav\\u00e9s da implementa\\u00e7\\u00e3o de pr\\u00e1ticas organizacionais inovadoras.
